Roadrunner Printing is capable of accepting files generated on both Macintosh and PC systems. Below is a list of Desktop Publishing (DTP) applications and versions that are currently in use at Roadrunner Printing.
Digital Files
Roadrunner Printing requires a laser or fax copy of the digital file you are sending showing all color breaks and copy. Roadrunner Printing will also require that you view a hard copy of the file sent.
If you do not wish to see a proof you will be required to sign a waiver stating that you accept full responsibility for the content of the file. Please include a note in your e-mail outlining the platform, file type and version.

• Adobe PageMaker 6.5
• Adobe Photoshop 5,6,7
• Freehand 7.0
• Adobe Illustrator 8.0
• Quark Express 6.0
• Microsoft Word*
• Microsoft Publisher 2000 or higher*
Graphic Files
Roadrunner Printing has the most commonly used DTP applications on Macintosh based platform. Please save your files to the versions listed above to insure compatibility. Make sure you include all fonts and all linked graphic files. It is required that a hard copy of the file is either faxed or sent to us, so that we can make sure that the file we received is correct.

Roadrunner Printing recommends hard copy proofing as the most stable form of proofing whenever possible. Roadrunner can, however, provide PDF and Fax proofs upon request. You will be required to sign off an approval of copy prior to printing.
